Understand our storage terms, custody periods, and extension options to ensure your goods remain safe
Procurement & Transfer Orders
Goods receive 90 days of free storage starting from the "Warehouse" status. While we make efforts to send reminders, timely shipment remains your responsibility.
After 90 days, if no shipping instructions or storage extension are provided, goods will be considered abandoned and destroyed.
We recommend arranging shipment promptly after goods arrive at our warehouse to avoid losses due to exceeding the free storage period.
Problem Packages
Packages with incomplete logistics or failed payments will have a 30-day holding period.
If a package has been shipped and is returned by the courier or shipping company, the 30-day holding period resets.
While we send reminders, timely dispatch is your responsibility. Unclaimed or undelivered packages will be destroyed after the holding period.
Storage Extension
After the free period ends, you can renew storage at ¥15 per ID per month.
We send reminders, but you must renew before the deadline to prevent disposal of your goods.
Storage extensions can be purchased through your account dashboard once your goods approach the storage limit. We support multiple payment methods including credit cards and PayPal.
Additional Terms
- fulfillmenBuy ensures security during storage, excluding perishable goods.
- No additional notifications will be provided for destroyed items and packages.
- No compensation will be provided for items destroyed after the custody period ends without extension.
- You are responsible for extending custody periods on time. To prevent destruction, submit packages within the valid custody period.
- Storage extensions must be purchased at least 3 business days before expiration to ensure processing.

When does the free storage period begin?
The free storage period begins when your goods enter the "Warehouse" status and lasts for 90 calendar days.
How do I extend my storage period?
Log into your account, navigate to "My Warehouse", select the items you wish to extend, and click "Extend Storage". Follow the prompts to complete payment.
Will I receive reminders before my goods are destroyed?
Yes, we send reminder emails and in-app notifications 7 days, 3 days, and 1 day before your free storage period expires.
What types of goods cannot be stored?
We cannot store perishable items, hazardous materials, prohibited items, or anything restricted by law.
Can I retrieve my goods after the storage period ends?
Once the storage period has expired and no extension has been purchased, goods are immediately scheduled for destruction and cannot be retrieved.
