Cargo Storage Duration Policy
Understand our warehousing terms, storage periods, and extension options to ensure your cargo's safety
1. Purchase & Transshipment Orders
Goods enjoy 90 days of free storage from the 'warehouse receipt' status. While we strive to send reminders, timely shipment remains your responsibility.
After 90 days, goods will be deemed abandoned and disposed of if no shipment instructions or storage extensions are provided.
2. Exceptional Parcels
Parcels with incomplete logistics or failed payments have a 30-day storage period.
If a parcel is shipped and returned by the courier or carrier, the 30-day storage period resets.
While we send reminders, timely shipment is your responsibility. Unclaimed or unshipped parcels will be disposed of after the storage period ends.
3. Storage Extension
After the free period, you can renew storage at $15 per ID per month.
We send reminders, but you must renew before the deadline.
Additional Notes
- CSSBuy ensures security during storage, except for perishable goods.
- No further notice will be given for disposed items/parcels.
- No compensation will be provided for damage to items/parcels after the storage period ends without extension, regardless of cause.
- You are responsible for timely storage extensions. Submit parcels within the valid period to avoid damage.
