Fulfillmen - Return & Exchange Policy

A. Delivery Errors, Defects, or Damaged Goods

If you receive a product with any of the above issues, please immediately take photos of the brand labels and packaging, and send them with a description of the problem to our customer service center: Sales@fulfillmen.com

We will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours and address your concern. Please ensure you contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product so we can promptly assist you.

For confirmed delivery errors or damaged goods, Fulfillmen will cover all return shipping costs and prioritize your exchange or refund request.

B. Quality Issues

If a product purchased from Fulfillmen develops quality issues during use while still under warranty, you'll need to provide the original proof of purchase and warranty card. We will then assist you in contacting the supplier to process a return or exchange.

For products that meet return/exchange requirements, Fulfillmen will arrange shipment to the supplier for repair or replacement.

As different suppliers have different after-sales service policies (as specified in the warranty card), Fulfillmen cannot guarantee that the supplier will fully meet your request. However, we will make every effort to facilitate a resolution.

Fulfillmen's after-sales service does not charge any additional fees (except for shipping costs). We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for products that don't meet our policy requirements.

Return & Exchange Exceptions

We cannot accept return or exchange requests in the following circumstances:

Non-Qualifying Situations

  • Products that have been altered, with original parts changed or labels missing
  • Opened personal care items, software, CDs, DVDs, tapes, etc.
  • Products without original proof of purchase
  • Products beyond the 30-day return/exchange period
  • Damage caused by improper use or mishandling
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Special category goods like food and health supplements
